April 27 –
Hello from Monte Carlo… I was on duty all day… Golf, paddle tennis, shuffle board, ping pong, croquet plus library and a few other incidentals. That started at around 8:30am and finished up at around 6pm – not straight through, but no time to leave the ship during that time. The good news is that the ship was docked until 11pm, so Keely, Mia and myself found a restaurant over-looking the Yacht Club with MILLION dollar yachts (probably multi-million). Needless to say, it was a wonderful view and a wonderful dinner – pictures will come, I promise. We wandered up to the casino to see the cars – bentley’s, rolls royces, etc… SOOOOOOO much money in Monte Carlo – YIKES! A guest told me that to be CONSIDERED to live there, you must have a liquid value of $2 million. I’m about $2 million short J
The three of us went in search for chocolate and was successful! After a night ashore, we made our way back to the ship and watched sail away from the top deck – FUN FUN FUN!!!
